For all emergencies please call 617-734-8008.
Maintenance Requests submitted online are only received during normal business hours, (8 AM - 4 PM) Monday through Friday. All non-emergency requests are handled promptly, generally by the following business day.
For Emergencies, our service staff is on call 24 hours a day. For Emergency service calls (lock-outs, toilet overflow/plumbing issues, no heat/hot water, security lock problems, etc.), please call the maintenance office at 617-734-8008. After business hours, emergency service calls are dispatched to an on-call Fineberg service staff member by an answering service via the maintenance office number: 617-734-8008
If this is a fire emergency, first call 911 for the local Fire Department, and then notify us at 617-734-8008.
