On-Line Maintenance Requests & Rent Payments

Maintenance Requests and Rent payments may be submitted on-line via the Rent Café tenant portal (see links below for further instructions).  Maintenance requests are only received during normal business hours, (8 AM - 4 PM) Monday through Friday.  All non-emergency requests are handled promptly, generally by the following business day.  Any requests submitted on Fridays will most likely be completed the following Monday.

For Maintenance Emergencies, our service staff is on call 24 hours a day.  For Emergency service calls (lock-outs, toilet overflow/plumbing issues, no heat/hot water, security lock problems, etc.), please call the maintenance office at (617) 734-8008.  After business hours, emergency service calls are dispatched to an on-call Fineberg service staff member by an answering service via the maintenance office number: (617) 734-8008

If this is a fire emergency, first call 911 for the local Fire Department, and then notify us at (617) 734-8008.

All online maintenance requests are handled through our Rent Café tenant portal located by clicking the link below or copying and pasting the address into your browser address field.
