Directly opposite L.L.Bean’s, on the other side of Main Street itself, sits The Holden Block. This prominent commercial building, located at the corner of Bow Street, has 12 street-level and upper-level shop spaces on both Main and Bow streets, with a very stable tenant base. The location is at the very crossroads of Freeport, and visitors who park in the municipal lots behind Main Street pass by this site on their way to Bean’s itself. Foot traffic here is heavy and steady.
