In the Boston area we own and manage an array of buildings on major business arteries, all chosen for convenience of location, high-volume foot traffic and easy accessibility. Examples would be the shops at the foot of Summit Ave. on Beacon Street in Brookline. These street-level retail storefronts meet their tenants' needs, as well as those of their customers, for easy accessibility and convenient parking. Our Moody Street space in Waltham similarly offers entrepreneur and customer a convenience that's hard to match in a setting that encourages the retail experience. Similar attributes, based on our knowledge of the market and our tenants' requirements, guide our acquisitions policies.
